Prearranged Dispatch (PARD)

The PARD system was designed and deployed at Toronto Pearson Airport to enable all companies from the independent taxi and limousine operators to large scale livery companies to manage their bookings online.  The system allows Commercial Vehicle Operators to book their passengers’ appointments, arrange payments to the airport authority and receive dispatch notifications (SMS, email or automated voice call) to proceed to the terminal curbs. Desktop and mobile UIs provide the necessary tools for easy management of company and driver accounts, reporting, booking details, financial services, and vehicle monitoring and record keeping.
